Planmit

Terms and Conditions

Last updated October 10, 2026

Planmit is a family of software products for construction companies: Planmit Change Orders & T&M Tickets, Planmit Photos and Planmit Project Financials. The Planmit products and this website are owned and operated by ConstructIQ ("ConstructIQ", "we", "us"). "Planmit" is a product name, not a separate company.

These terms apply when you or your company use any Planmit product or this website. By using them, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the company you represent.

Payments through Paddle. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payments and handles returns. When you buy a Planmit subscription, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

1. Accounts

2. Trials

We may offer a free trial. Nothing is charged unless your company chooses to buy a subscription. We may end or change a trial at any time.

3. Prices, subscriptions and billing

4. Your data

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Planmit to break the law, to upload content you have no right to use, to try to access other companies' data, to disrupt or overload the service, or to copy, resell or reverse-engineer the software.

6. Changes to the products

We improve the products over time, and we may add, change or remove features. If a change takes away something important your company relies on, we will tell you in advance.

7. Availability and warranty

We work to keep Planmit available and your data safe, including backups. But the products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law. Planmit is a tool to help your team: decisions made using its numbers and records remain your company's responsibility.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, ConstructIQ is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount your company paid for the product in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Ending the agreement

Your company can stop using Planmit and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or does not pay. After an account ends, you can ask for an export of your data within 30 days; after that, we may delete it.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we update the date above. For important changes, we will tell account administrators by email before they take effect.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where ConstructIQ is registered. Before going to court, we both agree to try to settle any dispute by talking to each other in good faith.
