Planmit is a family of software products for construction companies: Planmit Change Orders & T&M Tickets, Planmit Photos and Planmit Project Financials. The Planmit products and this website are owned and operated by ConstructIQ ("ConstructIQ", "we", "us"). "Planmit" is a product name, not a separate company.

This policy explains what information we collect on this website and in the Planmit products, how we use it, and the choices you have. In short: we collect only what is needed to run the products, we do not sell your information, and there is no advertising or tracking.

On this website

• The trial form. When you send the form, we receive your name, company, work email, and, if you choose, your phone number and a note. It is sent to our inbox by email and used only to answer you and set up your trial.
• No tracking cookies, no analytics, no ads. The site loads its fonts from a font service, which receives your browser's IP address when the page loads. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security.

In the Planmit products

• Account details: name, work email, role and company, usually entered by your company's administrator.
• Your company's content: for example jobsite photos (with the project, uploader and date, and the location if you allow it), field tickets, change orders, notes and project financial figures.
• Technical data needed to run the service, such as sign-in sessions and error logs, and a phone token if you turn on notifications.

Content belongs to your company. Only people in your company can see it, according to the role their administrator gives them, plus anyone your company shares a link with. We look at it only when needed to support you or keep the service running.

Payments

Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects and processes your billing details under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your full card number.

Service providers

We use trusted service providers to run Planmit: hosting, database, file storage and backup, email delivery, phone notifications, and payments (Paddle). They process data only on our behalf, to provide their service to us. Data is stored mainly in the United States. All transfers are encrypted (HTTPS).

How long we keep it

We keep your company's data while it has an account with us. When something is deleted, it is removed from the product right away and from backups within about 90 days. Trial form messages are kept as ordinary email correspondence.

Your choices and rights

• Ask for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to support@planmit.com.
• In the apps you can turn off camera, location or notification permissions in your phone's settings at any time, and delete your own account.
• Your company's administrator can also correct or remove your account.

Children

Planmit is a workplace tool for adults and is not meant for children under 16.
